How to Personalize Your Bag
1. Place your order.
Choose one of the following options:
- Original Design — No Personalization
- Upload My Own Avatar — Personalized
2. Send your avatar or photo.
After ordering, reply to your order-confirmation email and include:
- Your order number
- One clear, front-facing photo or avatar
- The child’s name, if needed for order identification
3. Receive your proof.
Your personalized digital proof will be sent within 24 hours after we receive your photo.
4. Approve the design.
Reply “Approved” when the design is ready for production. Printing will not begin until the proof has been approved.
Photo Guidelines
For the best results, please submit:
- A clear, well-lit photo
- A front-facing image
- The child’s full hairstyle and face visible
- No filters, blurry images, or objects covering the face
- A high-quality screenshot of the child’s gaming avatar may also be submitted
The quality and accuracy of the final avatar will depend on the quality of the photo provided.
Important Custom-Order Policy
Because this item is made specifically for you, personalized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after the proof has been approved and sent to production.
Please review all details carefully before replying “Approved.”
If the item arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Care instructions
- Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
